Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Return & Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@liftsworks.com or call +1 (484) 350-3117 with order #, reason, and photos if applicable.

  2. Receive RA#: Return Authorization issued within 24 hours with prepaid freight label.

  3. Prepare & Ship: Drain fluids, repack securely. Customer pays return freight ($300-$1,500 avg).

  4. Inspection: 5-10 business days at Allentown HQ.

  5. Refund Issued: Full amount (minus fees) to original payment within 3-5 days post-inspection.

Example: $25,000 tractor returned unopened = $25,000 - $3,750 (15%) - $800 freight = $20,450 refunded.

Special Cases

Wrong Item Shipped: Full refund + return freight covered.
Change of Mind (after power-on): Store credit only (90% value).
PayPal Pay Later Orders: Refunded to PayPal account per their policy.
